PAUL TINEY

Associate Trainer

With extensive operational and management experience as a senior manager within both of the UK's largest first aid training organisations, Paul has been involved in the delivery of first aid training since the age of 16.  Having led a national training team, he is also an assessor and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) verifier, in addition to being a qualified trainer.

Originally from South-West London and now living in Oxfordshire,  Paul also gained a huge amount of practical experience of first aid as a member of the Metropolitan Police and has since been passing this experience on to individuals, families, schools and workplaces.

I believe that first aid training should be accessible to all and that it should be enjoyable, effective and affordable.  There is no need to sit through dull lecture-type training when learning first aid should be very practical and involving.  I  guarantee there will be absolutely no death by PowerPoint!

When not working I can often be found walking in the muddy fields of Oxfordshire with my lively Labrador or touring around Europe on my motorcycle.
